Common use of Xxxxx County Schools Council Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx County Schools Council. The Board of Education may fully meet its obligations to provide health care benefits and services under this collective bargaining agreement by participating in the health benefits program of the Stark County Schools Council (COG). The Board shall provide health, dental and life insurance through the COG. The coverage shall be the standardized COG specifications The Association and the Board agree that the Board shall not be required to make available to and to inform members of the Association of any option to enroll in a health maintenance organization established pursuant to Chapter 1742 of the Ohio Revised Code.
