Xxxxx of Performance. The place of employment of Executive will be at the Company’s offices in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Xxxxx of Performance. During the employment period, Executive shall be permitted to work remotely so long as such remote work does not materially impair Executive’s ability to perform his duties as provided for in Section 1.1. Nothing in this Agreement or in any other agreement or policy shall require Executive to relocate from his current principal residence to perform services under this Agreement.
Xxxxx of Performance. Executive will substantially perform his services hereunder at the principal executive offices of the Company in Malvern, PA; provided, however, that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business purposes.
Xxxxx of Performance. Executive will perform services hereunder at the principal executive offices of the Company in a location to be determined by the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”); provided, however, that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business purposes.
Xxxxx of Performance. The Employee shall, at all times, be based only in the Company’s offices maintained within seventy-five (75) miles of New York, New York, and shall be capable of performing all duties of the Employee that the Company shall require of him (in accordance with the other terms hereof) in such office, except for required travel in the ordinary course of business of frequency not greater than is reasonable, equitable and customary within the applicable industry for executives of similar responsibility, under the circumstances.
Xxxxx of Performance. The principal place of Executive’s employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office currently located in Reno, Nevada; provided that, the Executive may be required to travel on Company business during the Employment Term. The Executive may work remotely from the Executive’s residence in Reno, Nevada so long as doing so does not interfere with the Executive’s responsibilities under this Agreement; provided, that, subject to any health or safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic or other similar extraordinary circumstances, the Executive shall be required to spend on average 16 days per month in the office.
Xxxxx of Performance. Executive will perform her services hereunder at the principal executive offices of the Company in Stoughton, Massachusetts; provided, however, that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business purposes.
Xxxxx of Performance. The Employee shall discharge his responsibilities at such corporate locations of the Parent Company as is reasonably determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and/or the Chief Executive Officer of the Parent Company. The Company or the Parent Company may require that the Employee travel in furtherance of the Business of the Group, to the extent necessary and/or substantially consistent with the then present business travel obligations of employees at substantially the same service level as the Employee.
Xxxxx of Performance. The principal place of Executive’s employment will be at the Company’s offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Executive acknowledges that the position involves reasonable travel on Company business, it being understood that the Executive’s work may be conducted remotely (if appropriate) and that travel will be limited while the COVID-19 pandemic persists. Further, the Company agrees that the Executive may commence and conclude business trips to/from her place of residence in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Xxxxx of Performance. 1The place of performance of the Works is within the complex of Prague/Ruzyně Airport. The Works under paragraph 1.3.5 of this Agreement shall be performed in the security restricted area while the airport is operating, with it being expressly understood that the operational arrangements of the Client shall remain in force..
