Obligations of Employees. Employees shall comply strictly with the stipulated working hours and conscientiously perform the tasks and duties entrusted to them. They shall comply with the instructions given by their hierarchical superiors as well as the deontological principles specific to the bankers' profession. Employees shall be required to strictly observe professional secrecy; in the event of failure to do so, they shall render themselves liable for the penalties stipulated by law.
Obligations of Employees. A. To perform full-time services to the Credit Union during the period of this Agreement in accordance with job descriptions and directives.

D. To exceed First Financial Credit Union’s member service expectations.

Obligations of Employees. 1. If births, adoptions, or xxxxxx placements are foreseeable, employees must provide thirty (30) days’ notice to the employer of the date when leave is to begin. With respect to family or employee, illnesses that are foreseeable, the employee must make a reasonable effort to schedule treatment at a time that does not disrupt the operations of the employer. This requirement is subject to the approval of the employee or family member’s health care provider.
2. Timely certification from the employee’s health care provider or health care provider of the family member regarding:
a. the date that the condition began;
b. how long it lasted;
c. the necessity of leave;
d. the employee’s inability to perform job functions. If doubt exists about this certification, a second opinion at the board’s expense and/or a third health care provider opinion to provide certificates will be required. All records concerning this leave will be classified as health records and will not be subject to public inspection.
3. In the case of personal illness the employee must provide certification from his/her health care provider that they are able to resume work.
4. If an employee fails to return to work after the leave period has expired, the board may recover the cost of health care premiums paid during the leave period. This right to recovery does not apply in cases of personal or family illness or in other circumstances beyond the control of the employee.
Obligations of Employees. Employees shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Corporation. In this regard, as an employee, I agree that:

(b) Employees are required to actively participate in any reasonable rehabilitation or return to work plan required by the employer

(a) diligently perform their duties;
(b) obey all reasonable and lawful directions of the Employer;
(c) refrain from doing any act or thing which will or may adversely affect the present or future interests of the Employer;
(d) at all times use their best endeavours to promote the aims, interests and objectives of the Employer;
(e) carry out any other functions and responsibilities that are incidental to the execution of their duties;
(f) give the Employer the full benefit of their knowledge, ingenuity, experience and technical skill; and
(g) devote all of their time and attention, during all working hours, to performing their duties.
Obligations of Employees. An Employee must:
a) work diligently in SLSA’s interests and give SLSA the full benefit of their knowledge, ingenuity, experience, skill, competence and training;
b) serve SLSA faithfully;
c) use all reasonable efforts to promote SLSA’s interests;
d) act in SLSA’s best interests;
e) act in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards;
f) comply with all lawful and reasonable directions from SLSA; and
g) report immediately to SLSA any misconduct or breaches (or suspected breaches) of SLSA’s policies, procedures or codes of conduct by the Employee or other Employees or contractors.
