Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Resident Relocation Assistance. Developer and/or Developer Successors shall ensure that Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx residents have the opportunity to move directly from their current Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units to replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units without having to relocate to any other area. In addition, to the extent that other replacement housing can be made available by the City, the Agency, or the San Francisco Housing Authority, Developer and/or Developer Successors agrees that Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx residents be, at their election, eligible to temporarily relocate to any affordable housing dedicated as replacement public housing during the construction of the replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units (the “Interim Public Housing”) and to return to a replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx unit when such units are Completed. Prior to submission of a development and disposition proposal to HUD with respect to the construction of replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units, Developer shall work with Lead Organizations, the San Francisco Housing Authority, the Mayor’s Office of Housing and the Agency to create a relocation plan consistent with both federal and state relocation law. This plan shall include funding for a relocation specialist and relocation assistance, including moving services from the current Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units to the replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units and, for those Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx residents who have elected to and have received the right to move to the Interim Public Housing, to and from the Interim Public Housing; provided, that it is anticipated that if public funding is insufficient for such relocation specialist and relocation assistance, the City will seek and receive reasonable funding from Developer to cover such expenses. In addition, Developer shall work with Lead Organizations, the City and the Agency to minimize the impact of construction of the replacement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx units. Further, during such period, Developer shall work with Lead Organizations, the Agency, the San Francisco Housing Authority and the City to ensure that Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx follows the existing HOPE SF principles and to support a future modification of the HOPE SF principles to ensure that the public housing residents living in HOPE SF projects may elect, in their sole discretion, to move either directly to a new unit or to temporarily relocate during the construction of the replacement public housing units (the “Relocation Option”).   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
