Relocation Plan. The district shall meet with school representatives to cooperatively develop a plan to facilitate the relocation. The relocation plan shall address safety provisions for teachers and students.
Relocation Plan. Entel will develop a relocation plan that sets --------------- forth detailed relocation requirements including equipment procurement requirements, time line requirements, system performance requirements and detailed installation requirements. These detailed installation requirements will include testing, acceptance, and commissioning requirements.

Relocation Plan. (1) The Parties acknowledge that no more than six (6) residences, as shown on Exhibit D, will be displaced as a result of condemnation proceedings and/or negotiated settlement and may be eligible for relocation assistance through the implementation of a relocation plan (the “Relocation Plan” or “Plan”). Relocation Plan. STATE shall provide GRANTEE with a written plan (the “Relocation Plan”) for relocation and/or reconstruction of the improvements defined in this Section 38 as the “Kart Track and Other Improvements” to the new location within the SVRA upon approval of a capital outlay budget appropriation, contracting for services and product review.
