Xxxxxx Eligibility. The Digital Wallet Service enables you to create virtual representations of your Payment Cards (collectively, “Mobile Cards”) on an eligible Mobile Device to make (i) contactless payments at merchants’ contactless-enabled point-of-sale terminals or readers that accept contactless payments using a virtual representation of your Payment Card (in lieu of you presenting your physical Payment Card) and (ii) in-app or other digital commerce payments at merchants participating in the Digital Wallet Service. You are required to have an eligible Mobile Device (a “Supported Digital Wallet Device”) in order to use this service. Your Digital Wallet provider, in its sole discretion, determines which Mobile Devices are eligible to be used with the Digital Wallet. Mobile Devices which have been unlocked in an unauthorized fashion (“jail-broken”) or otherwise modified are not eligible to use the Digital Wallet Service. You acknowledge that use of an ineligible Mobile Device with the Digital Wallet Service is expressly prohibited, constitutes a breach of these terms and is grounds for Frost to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, or otherwise deny further access to your Payment Card in the Digital Wallet Service. Xxxxx is not liable to you for the effects (third party or otherwise) of such termination or suspension.

Xxxxxx Eligibility. When a Xxxxxx Child first becomes eligible to be a Covered Person, shall have thirty (31) days after the date on which he/she became eligible to become a Covered Person. Otherwise Eligible. Enrollment shall be restricted to only those occasions provided for in this Article unless an individual is eligible for Enrollment under the HIPAA provisions allowing special enrollment rights. Enrollment shall be in accordance with HIPAA and PPACA requirements. Disenrollment Permitted. Covered persons for whom this group health insurance is secondary to Medicare coverage, shall be permitted to disenroll with 30 days’ notice to **COMPANY**, and enroll in the Retiree Supplemental Plan. Notice of Ineligibility. **COMPANY** shall notify subscribers 30 days prior to when a dependent is no longer eligible for coverage. This includes children who are no longer deemed a dependent or the dependent has reached eligibility age of 26.
