Xxxxxx’s Consent. I, the Lessor, hereby consent to this Sublease Agreement and agree to promptly notify Sublessor within 3 business days in writing if Sublessee is in breach of this Sublease Agreement. Xxxxxx’s Consent. Except where otherwise expressly provided herein, in any instance hereunder where the approval, consent or the exercise of judgment of Xxxxxx is required or requested, (a) the granting or denial of such approval or consent and the exercise of such judgment shall be within the sole discretion of Holder, and Holder shall not, for any reason or to any extent, be required to grant such approval or consent or exercise such judgment in any particular manner, regardless of the reasonableness of either the request or Xxxxxx's judgment, and

Xxxxxx’s Consent. Landlord shall cause Xxxxxxxx’s mortgage lender (the “Lender”) to provide Xxxxxx’s written consent to this Fourth Amendment in form and substance acceptable to Tenant in Tenant’s sole discretion (the “Lender’s Consent”) on or about the date that Landlord executes and delivers this Fourth Amendment.
