(a) Xxxxxxx for operations existing on June 20, l972, in- cluding existing T-Letters where a subsequent change in operation after the establishment of the original xxxxxxx introduces a machine, or device, or new method of operation which results in the need for reduced or increased xxxxxxx, shall be subject to review through the contract machinery at the Coast LRC level at the request of either party.
