These programs will be offered throughout the bargaining area with particular emphasis in the rural areas.

An increased Xxxxxxx'x Premium of Thirty-Five cents ($0.35) will be provided for individuals who successfully complete a jointly agreed upon annual Xxxxxxx'x Training Curriculum, and, when the individual is assigned as a Xxxxxxx by his/her employer.
