Xxxxxxxxxx of Grievance. A grievance may be withdrawn by the Union at any step of the grievance procedure.

It is not necessary for the parties to send a copy of the settlement agreement to the xxxxxx officer; however, a copy shall be maintained by Human Resources for record keeping purposes.
