Years of Service Leave a) Upon completion of fifteen (15) years of service employees shall be eligible for a Leave of two (2) days without pay every three (3) years. b) Upon completion of twenty (20) years of service employees shall be eligible for a Leave of five (5) days without pay every three (3) years. c) Upon completion of thirty (30) years of service employees shall be eligible for a Leave of ten (10) days without pay every three (3) years.
