Years of Service Leave a) Upon completion of fifteen (15) years of service employees shall be eligible for a Leave of two (2) days without pay every three (3) years.

  • Years of Service Any teacher placed on such leave may engage in teaching or any other occupation during such period, may be eligible for unemployment insurance if otherwise eligible for such compensation under the law, and such leave will not result in a loss of credit for years of service in the School District earned prior to the commencement of such leave.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14.
