Cancellation policy. If an appointment for a consultation or treatment cannot be kept for an important reason, this must be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment via phone, Whatsapp or email. Cancellations after this deadline are considered a missed appointment and the customer will be charged CHF 250.00 will be charged for missed consultations or for missed treatments. Cancellations of surgery must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled surgery date. If the customer cancels the surgery less than 14 days before the surgery date, he/she will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled surgery cost. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the surgery, the full cost of the surgery will be charged. It does not matter whether the cancellation is due to fault or no fault of the patient. Failure to make advance payment of the surgery costs charged to the customer in due time shall also be considered as a cancellation of the surgery and the entire surgery costs shall be paid.
