Contract cessation. In case of a contract period of less than one year, the contract ends on the agreed date without the need for a notice of termination. In case of a contract period of more than three years, either party can terminate the contract in advance on expiration of the third year or each following year; the contract partner shall receive the notice of termination not later than three months prior to expiration of the respective insurance year.
