Object of Agreement. This data processing addendum pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR (hereinafter "Contract") specifies the obligations of the contracting parties with regard to data protection, which result from the contracts already existing between the parties or to be concluded in the future (hereinafter "principal contract/ Terms and conditions"), under which personal data is processed by Userlike for the Controller. It shall apply to all activities which are related to the scope of the contract (Section 4) and in which employees of Userlike or persons authorized by Userlike process personal data of the Controller.
