Price. Per item 2 (Delivery) and item 3 (Rights), payment is to be made by CLIENT to Aiio as specified in the License Certificate, in the Quote or in the Order under addition of sales tax as applicable.
Price. 36. The Customer shall pay KELLER the agreed price in advance.
Price. 1. All prices are net prices exclusive of VAT, sales taxes, and any costs for transport and insurance. They are also exclusive of duties, import and export taxes and any governmental levies or fees.
2. Once a price has been agreed, DIPSALES will be entitled to adjust that price as appropriate if wage, processing, procurement and other costs increase by more than an insubstantial amount, unless the contract date and the date of delivery are less than four months apart or a fixed price was agreed. DIPSALES will be entitled to add to the agreed price cost increases which occur between the conclusion of the contract and delivery. lf an agreed price is increased by more than 5%, the Customer may within two weeks of receiving notice of the price increase withdraw from the contract by issuing a written declaration. The above does not apply to items delivered or services provided within the framework of a continuing obligation.
3. In case parties agreed to another place of delivery as stated in these Terms DIPSALES shall be entitled to charge a reasonable handling fee.
Price. 1. Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing shall be based on the prices valid at the time of delivery.
2. Unless otherwise indicated in the offer, the prices are for deliveries and services ex works, excluding packaging, transport, insurance, assembly and commissioning in addition to the value added tax applicable at the time of delivery.
Price. The prices stated in price lists, quotations and on the internet are subject to change. The prices stated in the order confirmation are relevant. Unless agreed gelten, wenn nicht anders vereinbart, ab Werk (EXW) des AN ohne Verladung. Irrtum sowie Satz- und Druckfehler behält sich der AN vor.
Price. The price covers all services necessary for the proper performance of the agreement. This includes, in particular, all servic es in accordance with the agreed terms of delivery, packaging, and labelling, as well as expenses, licence fees, and all public charges. Prices are exclusive of statutory value-added taxes (VAT).
Price. 12.1. The Price shall be indicated in the specific Contract and shall be understood as fixed and not subject to change, unless it is the result of an Order Variation. In such case, the provisions of Article 10 shall apply.
Price. 3.1 Insofar as not otherwise agreed in an individual case the actual prices of rewaco at the time of conclusion of the contract apply. Prices shall apply ex warehouse/stock plus the applicable statutory value added tax.
3.2 If the goods are shipped at the request of the purchaser (§ 5 subsection1), the purchaser will pay for the cost of carriage ex stock as well as the cost of insurance if requested by the buyer. If rewaco does not charge the actual transport costs incurred in individual cases, a flat rate transport fee (excluding transport insurance) of 450.00 EUR will be applicable as agreed. The purchaser will pay any duties, fees, taxes and other public charges. Transport packaging and any other packaging in accordance with the German Packaging Ordinance is non-returnable and becomes the purchaser’s property.
Price. The price is understood to be fixed and includes all ancillary costs of whatever kind.
Price a. The prices apply ex works exclusive packaging, material price and wage alterations which are generated four months subsequent to the day the offer is made shall authorise the supplier to make the appropriate price alterations.
b. For export deliveries, all information, fees, taxes, costs for technical inspections etc. generated outside the Federal Republic of Germany shall be borne by the orderer, as shall the costs for any legalization of certificates of origin, consulate invoices etc.
c. Payment shall be made in cash, without any deductions free the paying office of the supplier, and shall be payable within 14 days after the invoice date with 2 % discount, or within 30 days without any deductions.
x. Xxxxxxx and bills of exchange shall only be accepted on account of performance. On acceptance of bills of exchange, the payment of which must take place abroad or at secondary locations, the supplier shall bear no liability for on-time presentation and the raising of protests. Discount and bank charges shall be borne by the orderer.
e. For inland deliveries, the VAT to the respective legal sum shall also be invoiced and must be paid on reception of the invoice.
f. Delayed or deferred payments shall be paid with annual interest of 8 % over the ECB base rate from the due date or from when the delay occurs.
g. The orderer can only charge against undisputed or legally determined claims.
h. Delays in payment or the knowledge of a substantial deterioration of the orderer's pecuniary circumstances shall authorise the supplier to demand immediate payment or sufficient securities without their right to withdrawal being limited in this case.
