Software Product. 4.1 License – Permitted Use. In consideration of the payment of the applicable Charges by the Customer pursuant to Section 8.2, Nextlane grants the Customer (including its Authorized Users) a non- exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software Product, for the Term, Quantities and Units set forth in the Quote and subject to any additional conditions and limits set forth in Product Specific Terms (if any). Customer may purchase additional licenses by executing a subsequent add-on Quote.
