Restrictions. Customer may not copy, modify, or create a derivative work, collective work, or compilation of the Software, and many not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the code of the Software or any part thereof. Customer may not license, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or encumber the Software; may not use the Software in a managed-services arrangement; and may not use the Software in excess of the authorized number of licensed seats for concurrent users, sites, or other criteria specified in the applicable Service Documents. In addition, Customer may not access the Software to monitor its availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purpose.
Restrictions. You shall not (i) permit any third party to access the Cloud Services except as permitted herein, (ii) modify or copy the Cloud Services or create derivate works based on the Cloud Services, (iii) frame or mirror any part or content of the Cloud Services, other than copying or framing on Your own intranets or otherwise for Your own internal business purposes in accordance with the Agreement, (iv) reverse engineer the Cloud Services, or
Restrictions. You may not edit or modify the FrontPage Web components in any manner whatsoever. You may not display any of the trademarks that appear in the FrontPage Web components in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license of Your Web Site by the owners of such trademarks. If the FrontPage Web components contain any active links to other sites, you agree to maintain such active links and not redirect or modify them. You may not market, distribute, sublicense, lease or rent the FrontPage Web components on a stand-alone basis. You may not use the FrontPage Web components in connection with any site that is likely to (i) mislead viewers as to the relationship between the site, or the site’s owner, and Microsoft, MSN, MSNBC, or Expedia, or their products or services, (ii) infringe any intellectual property or other rights of these parties, (iii) violate any applicable law, or (iv) promote racism, hatred, or pornography. You shall not convert the news headlines in the MSNBC component into an audio format for redistribution to audio users. You agree to immediately remove the FrontPage Web components from Your Web Site if you do not abide by any of these restrictions after notice.
Restrictions. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, you may not make or distribute copies of the APPLICATION to others or electronically transfer the APPLICATION from one device to another over a network. In case of infringement of any provisions of this chapter, you expressly acknowledge that it constitutes material breach of this Agreement giving the right to GRAPHISOFT to immediately terminate this Agreement, and GRAPHISOFT will take the necessary measures in order that the infringement be terminated and to enforce your compliance with the above provisions. In addition, GRAPHISOFT shall be entitled to enforce payment for its damages as well as other rights and claims under the governing laws in force resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

Restrictions. User will not, directly or indirectly: (a) sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, market, commercialize or otherwise transfer rights or usage to: (i) the Software, (ii) any modified version or derivative work of the Software created by the User or for the User, or (iii) Community Versions; (b) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice in the Software; (c) transfer, use or export the Software in violation of any laws or regulations of any government; (d) combine, call, link to, or otherwise use the Software in conjunction with any Community Version, or use any Support for Community Versions or for unlicensed Cores or Named Users; or (e) reverse engineer, decompile or modify any encrypted or encoded portion of the Software. 3.2
Restrictions. (a) Certain purchase or selling restrictions may apply to Bondholders under applicable local laws and regulations from time to time. Neither the Issuer nor the Bond Trustee shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with such laws and regulations and each Bond- holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations at its own cost and expense.
