Access Facilities definition

Access Facilities means the physical or virtual environment and its organisational setting where access to confidential data for scientific purposes is provided;
Access Facilities means all walkways, adjoining sidewalks, entrances to Common Area, passageways, corridors, atria, lobbies, skyways, concourses, stairways, escalators, elevators and all other portions of the Project that are designed and intended to provide common pedestrian access within the Project, within and among the Elements, and to and from public streets adjacent to the Project and the Skyway Bridges, and all alterations thereto and replacements thereof, as such Access Facilities may exist from time to time. The Parking Facilities shall not be considered part of the Access Facilities for any purpose under this Declaration.

More Definitions of Access Facilities

Access Facilities means the Channels, services, facilities, equipment, and/or technical components used or useable by and for PEG Access.
Access Facilities means a channel attachment between the Plan's network controller located at BCBSSC's data center and BCBSSC's central processing facility in South Carolina, providing the Plan with access to the System (as defined below). The Access Facilities do not include telecommunication lines, telecommunication hubs, network controllers, terminals, cabling, terminal emulation software, or other equipment or software required at the Plan's sites for access to the System.
Access Facilities means track, switches, signal equipment, communications equipment and any other facilities necessary and appropriate to move trains from one or more points on the lines of the accessed carrier designated by the accessing carrier, including the premises of a shipper or shippers, to any other point on the lines of the accessed carrier designated by the accessing carrier, including such facilities as are necessary to move trains from the lines of the accessed carrier to the lines of another carrier.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
