Adjustment Payments definition

Adjustment Payments means the collective reference to payments of Originator/Contributor Adjustment Payment, Originator/Contributor Dilution Adjustment Payment or Originator/Contributor Indemnification Payment, any Contributor Adjustment Payment, Contributor Dilution Adjustment Payment or Contributor Indemnification Payment, and (iii) any other payment made in accordance with Sections 2.05 and 2.06 (or corresponding section) of the applicable Origination Agreement, Section 29 of the U.S. Receivables Loan Agreement and Section 4.05 of the Servicing Agreement.
Adjustment Payments means as defined in paragraph 17.
Adjustment Payments means the collective reference to payments of Transfer Deposit Amounts and Cash Dilution Payments.
