Adopting Party definition

Adopting Party means any party, other than Adopter, that has properly entered into or later properly enters into an Adopters Agreement during the Adoption Period.
Adopting Party s address for notice under Section 17.4 of the Credit Agreement shall be as set forth beneath its signature below.

  • Notwithstanding the obligation to license Essential Claims pursuant to sections 3.4.1 and 3.4.2, an Adopting Party that contributes a Contributed Work to a TWG developing Specified SNIA Software may be required as a condition of making such contribution to agree to the terms of an inbound license agreement specified in the TWG Charter pursuant to the SNIA Policies and Procedures.

Related to Adopting Party

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;

  • Non-Affected Party means, so long as there is only one Affected Party, the other party.

  • Auditing Party means the Party conducting an audit of the Audited Party’s books, records, data and other documents.

  • Requesting Party means the Party to this Agreement submitting a request for or having received information from the requested Party;

  • Responding Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).

  • Audited Party means the Party being audited by the Auditing Party.

  • Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.
