Advanced Replacement definition

Advanced Replacement means a service to ship replacement Service Part in advance of receipt of failed Product.
Advanced Replacement means the shipment of the Material necessary to correct an existing error to AT&T or AT&T’s Customer prior to Supplier receiving the faulty Material from AT&T or AT&T Customer based on service level purchased.
Advanced Replacement means the Equipment; or equivalent if no direct replacement is available, which will arrive at the Site Address in accordance with the Coverage Hours and the Service Level specified in the Schedules. The Service Level commences with the Company’s problem diagnosis and determination that a FRU is required and ending when the FRU is delivered to the Site Address. All software, firmware, and configuration related incidents are exempt from this Service Level.

More Definitions of Advanced Replacement

Advanced Replacement means on determining the Defective Product and if the fault cannot be rectified by a suitably competent person at Customer Location and once determined as required, Promethean will ship at Promethean’s expense a replacement part / Product to the Customer in advance of requesting the Defective Product back. The Customer must de-install the Defective Product, package and ship to Promethean within 30 days of receipt of the replacement part or Product. De-installation, re-installation / replacement of part or Product will be at the Customer’s own expense.
Advanced Replacement means the Equipment; or equivalent if no direct replacement isavailable, which will arrive at the Customer Site in accordance with the Coverage Hours and the Service Level specified in the Order Form and/or Quote. The Service Level commences with the Supplier’s problem diagnosis and determination that a FRU is required and ending when the FRU is delivered to the Customer Site. All software, firmware, and configuration related incidents areexempt from this Service Level.
Advanced Replacement means that, at your request, Ixia will use commercially reasonable efforts to initiate shipment of replacement hardware within two (2) business days following Ixia’s issuance of such RMA. If you make use of Advanced Replacement, you must return the hardware that contains the potential Defect (the “Defective Hardware”) to Ixia as instructed above within fifteen (15) days following your receipt of the replacement hardware, or you will be charged (and hereby agree to pay) Ixia’s then-current, applicable list price for the replacement hardware. Ownership of the Defective Hardware will transfer to Ixia upon Ixia’s receipt thereof. You acknowledge that the replacement hardware may be refurbished hardware and/or may be a different model than the Defective Hardware (so long as it is a substantially similar model).

Related to Advanced Replacement

  • Approved Replacement means, with respect to a Market Quotation, an entity making such Market Quotation, which entity would satisfy conditions (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the definition of Permitted Transfer (as determined by Party B in its sole discretion, acting in a commercially reasonable manner) if such entity were a Transferee, as defined in the definition of Permitted Transfer.

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Full Replacement Cost as used herein shall mean the actual replacement cost of the Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal. In the event either party believes that full replacement cost (the then-replacement cost less such exclusions) has increased or decreased at any time during the Lease Term, it shall have the right to have such full replacement cost re-determined.

  • Capital Replacement means the replacement of those items listed on Exhibit F.

  • Advanced registered nurse practitioner or “ARNP” means a person who is currently licensed as a registered nurse under Iowa Code chapter 152 or chapter 152E who is licensed by the board as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

  • Required Repairs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).
