Affordable Workspace Specification definition

Affordable Workspace Specification means a detailed design specification of the Affordable Workspace to be submitted by the Owner and/or the Developer to the Council for approval and which shall include but not be limited to a plan that shows the location of the Affordable Workspace, the area (sqm GIA) of Affordable Workspace, detailed scaled plans and drawings, samples of materials to be used and which includes the minimum requirements as may be agreed with the Council;
Affordable Workspace Specification means a detailed design specification of the Affordable Workspace to be submitted by the Developer to the Council for approval and which shall include but not be limited to detailed scaled plans and drawings, samples of materials to be used and which includes the minimum requirements set out in Annex 2 to Schedule 7 of this Agreement or such other minimum requirements as may be agreed with the Council; “Affordable Workspace Strategy” means a strategy to be submitted by the Developer to the Council for approval and which includes but shall not be limited to the minimum requirements set out at paragraph 2.2 of Schedule 7 of this Agreement or such other minimum requirements as may be agreed with the Council; “Affordable Workspace” means XX sq m GIA of workspace to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the Affordable Workspace Specification and which shall be leased by the Developer to an Affordable Workspace Provider pursuant to the Affordable Workspace Lease who shall in turn lease and/or licence the Affordable Workspace to Eligible Tenant(s) and which is shown for indication purposes only on the drawing annexed hereto and labelled [xx]; “Appeal” means an appeal to the Secretary of State under Section 78 (1) of the 1990 Act accepted with a start date of 9 February 2022 and given the appeal reference number APP/A5840/W/22/3290473 & APP/A5840/Y/22/3290477; “Application” means the LBC Application and application for planning permission submitted by the Developer to the Council and received by the Council on 11 December 2018 to carry out the Development upon the Site (local planning authority reference 18/AP/4039); “Application Energy Strategy” means the document titled [“New City Court Energy Statement” prepared by Xxxxxxx BDSP dated 30 May 2019] submitted with the Application; “Archaeology Contribution” means the sum of £11,171 (eleven thousand, one hundred and seventy one pounds) Index linked to be paid by the Developer to the Council in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 1 and applied by the Council towards archaeological research, investigation and protection within the vicinity of the Site; “Be Seen’ Energy Monitoring Guidance” means the document titled “Be Seen Energy Monitoring Guidance” dated September 2021 prepared by the GLA or any replacement document;
Affordable Workspace Specification means a detailed design specification of the Affordable Workspace to be submitted by the Owner and/or the Developer to the Council for approval and which shall include but not be limited to a plan that shows the location of the Affordable Workspace, the area (sqm GIA) of Affordable Workspace, detailed scaled plans and drawings, samples of materials to be used and which includes the minimum requirements as may be agreed with the Council; “Appeal” means the appeal to the Secretary of State under section 78(2) of the 1990 Act accepted with a start date of 30 August 2022 and given the appeal reference number APP/A5840/W/22/3303205; “Application” means the application for planning permission received by the Council on 19 November 2021 to carry out the Development upon the Site (local planning authority reference 21/AP/4297); “Application Energy Statement” means the document titled “Energy Strategy” dated 1 July 2022 prepared by JAW Sustainability; “Archaeology Contribution” means the sum of £6,778 (six thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight) Index linked to be paid by the Owner and/or the Developer to the Council in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 and applied by the Council towards archaeological research, investigation and protection within the vicinity of the Site; “Base Specification” means in accordance with the following standards or if different the standards required by Building Regulations for wheelchair housing: (a) Clear door openings of at least 850mm; (b) Approach space inside the front door: sufficient space for transfer to a second wheelchair 1800mm by 1500mm;

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
