Agendas. The parties will exchange agenda items 1 week prior to each meeting and the Chair will issue an agenda 1 week prior to each meeting. Background materials which may accompany an agenda item will be made available 1 week prior to the meeting to which they pertain. With time permitting, and the consent of those in attendance, additional items may be added to an agenda. Items shall be presented by the parties in alternating sequence, beginning with the Local.
Agendas. 4.1 Executive Members shall advise the Chair of items to be included on the agenda not less than two working days before the meeting.
Agendas. A written agenda shall be submitted by the requesting party to the other party no less than five (5) days before the scheduled date of the meeting. Additional matters for discussion may be placed on the agenda at the discretion of the other party.
Agendas. 5.1 Agendas for meetings which will be developed between the NZRDA delegate(s) and the DHB and the documentation to support any proposal to be considered at the meeting will provided in writing to NZRDA and to the DHB two weeks in advance of the meeting.
Agendas. The agenda for the following meeting will be set by consensus at the end of each meeting, and will be adopted by consensus at the beginning of each meeting.
Agendas. The spokesperson or designee for each side shall determine the agenda in advance of a negotiating session. The agreement shall cover the items to be discussed and the order in which they will be discussed. Items placed on the agenda shall be agreed to by both Parties at the beginning of each negotiating session. If Parties agree to recess the meeting to be reconvened at a later date and/or time, the continuing agenda shall be mutually confirmed by the Parties.

In accordance with chapter 42.30 RCW (the “Open Public Meetings Act”) for the Governing Committee, and the Implementation Board, and in accordance with 24 CFR 578 for the Advisory Committee, at least 24 hours before any regular or special meetings, the agenda for that meeting shall be posted and also be emailed or otherwise provided to the Seattle Council Clerk and to the County Council Clerk.
Agendas. At least ten (10) days prior to each meeting the University and the Union will exchange information as to the proposed subject matter to be discussed at the forthcoming meeting and the names of those attending.

Agendas. CSEA shall have the right to receive two (2) copies of the agenda, minutes and non- confidential supporting materials of regular Board meetings which will be made available at the District Office at the same time it is available to Board members.
