Aggregated Anonymous Data definition

Aggregated Anonymous Data means data submitted to, collected by, or generated by Affinity in connection with Customer’s use of the Services, but only in aggregate, anonymized form which can in no way be linked specifically to Customer and which does not contain identifiable Customer Instance Data.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means any of the following information that has been aggregated with other similar information of other Electric customers, and anonymized so that it does not reveal any personally identifying information or information identifying Customer: (a) information related to how Electric’s customers are using the Electric Platform and Support Services (b) information related to the performance of the Electric Platform or Support Services, including the resolution to and the type, quantity, and cause of inquiries, requests, and/or incidents reported by Customer or Customer Users, and (c) any other information that provides insight into Electric’s business.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means data submitted to, collected by, or generated by WorkSpan in connection with your use of the Service, but only in aggregate, anonymized form which cannot be linked specifically to you, your users or any individual. Customer Success User agrees to participate in periodic business reviews with WorkSpan to review the User’s success criteria and corresponding results.

  • For clarity, this Section 13.8 does not give Planet the right to identify Licensee as the source of any Aggregated Anonymous Data.

  • Aggregated Anonymous Data that is derived from Customer Data shall not be considered Customer Data for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • The Aggregated Anonymous Data will be deemed Expel property, and Customer acknowledges that Expel and its subsidiaries may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data, both during and after the Term, (i) for its own internal, statistical analysis, (ii) to develop and improve the Services, and (iii) to create and distribute reports and other materials regarding use of the Services.

  • For clarity, Spirent may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data for any purpose relating to Spirent’s business, including providing Aggregated Anonymous Data to external sources, and/or combiningthe Aggregated Anonymous Data with external data, and to serve other business purposes as Spirent deems appropriate.

  • If you have any Proprietary Rights in or to Service Generated Data or Aggregated Anonymous Data, you hereby grant Assure Disability a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license and all other rights required or necessary to enable Assure Disability to exercise its rights pertaining to Service Generated Data and Aggregated Anonymous Data, as the case may be, in accordance with this Agreement.

  • SmartMax may, in turn, opt to use the Aggregated Anonymous Data to, but not limited to, analyze, change, update and improve the usability of the Services, Software, Website, Licensing and otherwise for any business purpose during and after the term of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Aggregated Anonymous Data

Aggregated Anonymous Data means data that is either aggregated or otherwise anonymized so that results are non-personally identifiable. Aggregated/Anonymous Data may include, without limitation, data that is based on Customer Data.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means data submitted to, collected by, or generated by Moogsoft in connection with Evaluator’s use of the Service, but only in aggregate, anonymized form which can in no way be linked specifically to Evaluator. In addition, Moogsoft uses, discloses, collects and protects personal data as described in its Privacy Policy, the then-current version of which is available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/legal-information/moogsoft-website- privacy-policy/ and is incorporated by reference herein.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means anonymous, aggregate data derived or collected by FreshRealm through the performance of the Fulfillment Services, the receipt of the Consumer Preference Data, or from the manufacturing and sale of the Products (as defined below), including benchmarking, performance, and usage information reports, studies, analyses and other work product resulting from such compilation and analysis, provided that such data cannot be associated with individual Consumers. Aggregated Anonymous Data excludes any Consumer Personal Information.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means any information, metadata or other data derived from Customer’s and its Users’ use of the Rapta Platform that is not specific to a person, does not include personally identifiable information, and cannot be used, alone or in conjunction with other information, to identify any specific person.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means data submitted to, collected by or generated by Contrast in connection with Customer’s use of the Service or Product, but only in aggregate, anonymized form which can in no way be linked specifically to Customer. Customer shall own and hereby reserves all right, title and interest in the Customer Data. 8 Identifying Customer as Client. During the Order Form Term Customer grants Contrast the limited right to use Customer’s corporate names, logos, and trademarks (“Marks”) in Contrast’s websites and marketing materials for the sole purpose of identifying Customer as a client. Contrast will use the Marks only in a manner that complies in all material respects with Customer’s trademark usage policies that may be provided by Customer to Contrast from time to time. If Contrast, in the course of performing this Agreement, acquires any goodwill or reputation in any of the Marks, all such goodwill or reputation will automatically vest in Customer when and as, on an on-going basis, such acquisition of goodwill or reputation occurs, as well as at the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Aggregated Anonymous Data means data submitted to, collected by, or generated by ServiceNow in connection with Customer’s use of the Lightstep Service, but only in aggregate, de-identified form which is not linked specifically to Customer or any individual. Any provisions in the Agreement related to the return or retention of Customer Data shall not apply to the Lightstep Service.

Related to Aggregated Anonymous Data

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Aggregate Data means any Customer Account Information from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Anonymous means that each party to a purchase or sale is unaware of the identity of the other party(ies) to the purchase or sale.

  • Unpublished price sensitive information or UPSI means any information, relating to a company or its securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of the securities and shall, ordinarily including but not restricted to, information relating to the following: –

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Privacy Shield means the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework self-certification program operated by the U.S. Department of Commerce and approved by the European Commission pursuant to Decision C(2016)4176 of 12 July 2016 and by the Swiss Federal Council on January 11, 2017 respectively.

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI means any information, relating to a Company or its Securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of Securities of the Company and shall, ordinarily include but not be restricted to, information relating to the following:

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;

  • Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiaries.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information means any information, relating to a company or its securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of the securities and shall, ordinarily including but not restricted to, information relating to the following: –

  • Applicable Privacy Laws means any and all applicable laws relating to privacy and the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information in all applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and/or any comparable provincial law including the Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta);

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).
