Temporary License. In the event of the inoperability of the Licensed System, You may obtain from LumenVox a temporary license to use the Software on another single processor or equipment configuration on a temporary basis during a malfunction which prevents execution of the Software on the licensed processor or equipment configuration, and may load, copy, or transmit the Software as necessary for such temporary execution. You must contact LumenVox to obtain the temporary license.
Temporary License. In order to carry out the provisions of this Agreement, Grantor further conveys to Grantee a temporary license to occupy a portion of the Grantor’s Property located adjacent to the Easement Property to the extent such occupation of Grantor’s Property is reasonably necessary for the purpose of constructing or improving the public pathway or other improvements on the Easement Property. This license shall expire automatically and be of no further force and effect six (6) months from the date of the Effective Date of this Agreement, unless extended at the discretion of Grantor.
Temporary License. A 30-day license tag shall be furnished with each vehicle delivered.
Temporary License. City hereby grants Licensee a temporary non-exclusive license to utilize and occupy the TPAC Building more particularly delineated on Schedule 1 hereto (the “Premises”) for conducting those activities described on Schedule 2 hereto (the “Permitted Use”). This Agreement and the foregoing license do not grant Licensee any right, title or interest in or to the TPAC Building or the real property on which it is located, and shall not be construed to prevent or restrict City from granting other privileges to use all or any portion of the TPAC Building in any manner not inconsistent with this Agreement.
Temporary License. For employees promoted under a temporary license, the date the employee began performing duties under the temporary license will be the date of reference for step increases, rather than the date of permanent licensure. If the employee is promoted under a temporary license, the employee will receive fifty percent (50%) of the increased rate of pay during the period the employee is working under the temporary license and receive the other fifty percent (50%) of the increased rate of pay upon permanent licensure.
Temporary License. Grantor also grants Village a license to temporarily locate equipment on portions of the Property adjacent to the Easement Area to the extent reasonably necessary for Village to carry out the construction, installation, inspection, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal of Underground Facilities. Village shall only use the temporary license hereby granted in a manner that does not adversely impact Grantor’s use and enjoyment of its property.
Temporary License. CPB hereby issues to Donor and Xxxxx’s Design-Build Contractor(s) (“Contractor”) a temporary license on, over, across, under and through the Capitol Hill Grounds (the “License”) for the purpose of facilitating the installation of the Element and the performance of the Design-Build Work. Donor and its Contractor shall have the right to enter upon the Capitol Hill Grounds solely for the purposes permitted by this Agreement, provided, however, at all times Donor shall ensure Donor and Donor’s Contractor shall enter upon the Capitol Hill Grounds at their sole risk and hazard, and Donor hereby releases CPB, DFCM and the State of Utah from any and all claims relating to the condition of the Capitol Hill Grounds. At all times, Donor shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any interference or disruption to the State of Utah’s use and occupancy of the Capitol Hill Complex, as that term is defined in Utah Code § 63C-9-102. The License shall commence on the Effective Date and automatically terminate on installation of the Element and completion of the Design-Build Work or December 31, 202, whichever is earlier.
Temporary License. Licensee will (a) use the Location solely for the purpose of holding or participating in the Event during the Event Schedule, (b) commence setting up its equipment, materials and other property (“Licensee’s Property”) in the Location at the Set-Up Time, and (c) complete removal of Licensee’s Property from and clean-up the Location no later than the Clean-Up Deadline. Licensee will comply with (i) all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the Event (“Applicable Law”), including without limitation obtaining all necessary licenses and permits, and (ii) the Event Rules attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and any additional rules promulgated by Owner. Owner will provide no special parking for Licensee Parties or Event attendees. Owner will have the right to relocate the Location to another part of the Project upon no less than 24 hours’ prior written notice to Licensee.
Temporary License. District hereby grants Vendor, its employees, agents and contractors, a temporary non-exclusive license for ingress, egress, and access on, over, across, and through Ski Beach in order to access the boat ramp only for the sole purpose of setting up for, running, and breaking down the Event, and for other such related activities as the Vendor makes District aware of in advance.
Temporary License. LPNs employed on temporary permits pending Minnesota registration shall work at ten dollars ($10.00) per month below the beginning step of the salary schedule until fully licensed, at which time they shall be placed on the appropriate step on the salary schedule provided herein.
