Allocable Expenses definition

Allocable Expenses means those Practice Expenses which are attributable in part to both Technical Expenses and Professional Expenses, and which shall be allocated as provided in Exhibit 1.1 attached hereto.
Allocable Expenses shall not include payroll expense, insurance expense, interest expense or any other expense attributable solely to the operation of the Assets or the conduct of the Business by the Seller, nor any property taxes or assessments prorated at Closing.
Allocable Expenses means and includes operating expenses of the Business benefiting or attributable to a period beginning before and ending after the Closing Date. Examples of Allocable Expenses include items such as rent, electricity, water, gas and telephone service, advertising, equipment rental, maintenance expenses, and the like. More Definitions of Allocable Expenses

Allocable Expenses means all expenses incurred by NSIMG in providing Management and Consulting Services other than Direct Expenses including without limitation, the following: rents, utilities, telephone, equipment, recruitment, office supplies, and other overhead expenses, certain salary costs, payroll, benefits and expenses related to conventions, travel and accommodations at anniversary events, the permitted use and appropriation of the names and licenses of directors, and executive officials of NSUSA or NSIMG, telephone calls and counseling and conferences and meetings with NSUSA managers and NSIMG independent distributors. Allocable Expenses shall be calculated in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 4.2.
Allocable Expenses means, as determined as of the Distribution Date, a proportionate share of the Expenses, which shall be determined by multiplying total Expenses with respect to which a distribution was not previously made to the Partners holding GP Units or Class A Units by the Apportionment Percentage.

Allocable Expenses means, with respect to any Investor at any time, the portion of the aggregate Partnership Investment Expenses, Partnership Administrative Expenses, Partnership Organizational Expenses and all other Partnership Expenses (other than Management Fees) borne by such Investor prior to such time (whether through the application of any Capital Contributions made by such Investor, payments made pursuant to Section 9.03 or any other sources of funds of the Partnership or any Parallel Investment attributable to such Investor) that are allocable to all Unrealized Investment Portions subject to a Notional Loss and Realized Investment Portions, in each case, in which such Investor was a Participating Investor, determined by (i) dividing (A) the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made by all Investors with respect to all such Unrealized Investment Portions subject to a Notional Loss and such Realized Investment Portions at such time by (B) the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made by all Investors with respect to all Investment Portions in which such Investor was a Participating Investor and (ii) multiplying such amount by the aggregate Partnership Investment Expenses, Partnership Administrative Expenses, Partnership Organizational Expenses and all other Partnership Expenses (other than Management Fees) borne by such Investor prior to such time; provided that, in the discretion of the General Partner, the calculation of Allocable Expenses may be made quarterly based on all activities through the end of the most recent fiscal quarter of the Partnership and subject to adjustments as determined by the General Partner in its discretion.

Allocable Expenses means all fees and expenses of the Trustee, expenses of maintaining, investing and administering the Contingency Funds, costs reasonably incurred by the Company in establishing and administering the Securities, costs of transferring interests in the Securities and other typical transfer agent functions, and that portion of any of the Company's tax administration, audit or controversy expenses reasonably allocable to the CVOs (including, within limitation, expenses relating to the determination of any tax item associated with EARTHCO Plants).
