Ancillary work definition

Ancillary work means work in the field of personnel and in the field of material and financial management, technical and similar services, and other work required to secure uninterrupted performance of public tasks by bodies or entities of public law.
Ancillary work means any software code written by or for Cadence (and not by Vendor) for the purpose of tightly integrating the Licensed Work as an integral and functioning part of Cadence's product framework environment and/or to meet unique requirements of an End User, or provide new or improved features, functionality or enhancements to the Licensed Work.
