Annual Incentive Target definition

Annual Incentive Target means, with respect to any measuring period, the amount of cash compensation that would be payable to Executive under the Annual Incentive Plan for such measuring period, computed assuming that the level of performance with respect to a performance goal identified in accordance with the terms of the Annual Incentive Plan as the “target” level of performance has been achieved. Where no level of performance has been specifically identified as the “target” level, the “target” level shall be (i) the only level if one level is identified and (ii) the midpoint between the lowest level and the highest level if two or more levels are identified. Where the amount of compensation depends on the achievement of multiple performance goals, the achievement of each target level of performance with respect to each goal shall be assumed.
Annual Incentive Target means with respect to any measuring period, the amount of cash compensation that would be payable to the Executive under Uniti’s annual incentive compensation plan (as the same is established pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof) for such measuring period, computed assuming that the level of performance with respect to a performance goal identified in accordance with the terms of such plan as the “target” level of performance has been achieved. Where no level of performance has been specifically identified as the “target” level, the “target” level shall be (i) the only level if one level is identified, (ii) the higher of two levels if two levels are identified, and (iii) the highest level if three or more levels are identified. Where the amount of compensation depends on the achievement of multiple performance goals, the achievement of each target level of performance with respect to each goal shall be assumed.
Annual Incentive Target means the Executive’s target annual incentive opportunity expressed as a percentage of the Executive’s base salary. Any “special” or other bonus arrangements are specifically excluded from this definition.

More Definitions of Annual Incentive Target

Annual Incentive Target means the amount of the Annual Incentive Award payable under the Plan for a particular performance period upon attainment of 100% of the performance goals. The Annual Incentive Target may be expressed as a percentage of Base Salary or a fixed amount of cash.
