For fiscal year ____, the Executive's "Annual Incentive Target Percentage of Base Compensation," as used in the CMIP, shall be __________ percent (____%) of Base Salary.
For each fiscal year during the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan under terms and conditions no less favorable than other senior executives of Windstream; provided, however, that the Executive’s Annual Incentive Target shall not be less than 188% of his Base Salary after the Effective Date (or such higher percentage as determined by the Board from time to time).
