Minutes of all resolutions and proceedings at every meeting of Special Warrantholders shall be made and duly entered in books to be provided from time to time for that purpose by the Special Warrant Agent, at the expense of the Corporation, and any such minutes, if signed by the chair of the meeting at which such resolutions were passed or proceedings had or by the chair of the next succeeding meeting of Special Warrantholders, shall be prima facie evidence of the matters therein stated.
