Annual Operating Report. An operating report submitted by Seller to NYSERDA on an annual basis, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit S to this Agreement, that includes information depicting the performance of the Selected Project for the reporting year, major operations and maintenance activities performed and planned, planned or unplanned outages, curtailment directives, or dispatch issues.
Annual Operating Report has the meaning given to such term in Section 6.1.
Annual Operating Report means an annual report prepared by the Community Transportation Coordinator detailing the designated area's operating and performance statistics for the most recent operating year.

More Definitions of Annual Operating Report

Annual Operating Report for the immediately preceding Fiscal Year (or in the case of a partial Fiscal Year at the beginning or end of the Management Period, an Annual Operating Report for such partial Fiscal Year), which Annual Operating Report shall be in such form and contain such information as Owner may reasonably require, including, without limitation, the information described in paragraph 9.3(b)(i) above (collectively, the “Year End Financials”).
Annual Operating Report means a written report in relation to a fiscal year with respect to the Property, to be prepared by or on behalf of the Payor, which shall include all of the information pertaining to the construction, commissioning or operations contained in annual reports prepared and provided to the board of directors of any of the Royalty Entities and, to the extent not contained in such reports, will also contain, for such year: (i) types, tonnes and grade of Minerals mined; (ii) types, tonnes and grade of Minerals stockpiled; (iii) with respect to the processing facilities, the types, tonnes and grade of Minerals processed; recoveries for gold, silver and other Minerals; and doré weight and gold and silver grade; (iv) the number of ounces of gold and the quantity of other Minerals contained in the material processed during such year, but not delivered to a Third Party Payor by the end of such year; (v) the number of ounces of gold and the quantity of other Minerals produced and delivered to and paid for by a Third Party Payor, and the names and addresses of each such Third Party Payor; (vi) the credit/payment to the Payee and/or estimated credit/payment to the Payee with respect to gold and other Minerals referred to in subsection (iii) on account of the Royalty; (vii) a reconciliation between any estimated credit/payment specified in an Annual Operational Report pursuant to subsection (vi) for a preceding year and the final credit/payment; (viii) the amount and a description of operating and capital expenditures; (ix) a statement setting out the mineral reserves and mineral resources (by category) prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (with the assumptions used, including cut-off grade, metal prices and metal recoveries); (x) a review of the development or operating activities for the year and a report on any material issues or departures from that contemplated by the development or mine plan, as applicable as of the first day of the fiscal year; (xi) variances from projected operating and capital expenditures and any actual or expected adverse impact on development or production or recovery of gold and other Minerals, whether as to quantity or timing, together with the details of the plans to resolve or mitigate such matters; (xii) if applicable, the percentage completion compared to the initial development plan of the major elements of construction and the anticipated date of commencement of commercial production, if it has not yet then occurred; ...

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 1 of Reg 200/21 under Connecting Care Act, 2019.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Covenant Compliance Certificate means a properly completed and executed Covenant Compliance Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto.

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
