APC Fund definition

APC Fund means the fund from which Eligible Authors can publish Eligible Articles and corresponds to the Publishing Fee as specified in the License Fee section of this Agreement;
APC Fund means the fund from which Eligible Authors can publish Eligible Articles, as specified in Schedule 2.
APC Fund means the relevant fund, as appropriate, listed below. Hybrid APC Fund: The Hybrid APC Fund shall be capped at the Allowance(s) listed below and may only be utilised in connection with those Eligible Journal(s) described below.

Examples of APC Fund in a sentence

  • The APC for any article submitted to the Licensor from an Affiliated Author, which is not an Eligible Article, will not be deducted from the APC Fund and will be charged separately under the Licensor’s standard process at Licensor’s standard list price APC for the respective journal (and which for the avoidance of doubt is not the APC set forth in Schedule 2 to these Product Terms).

  • Institutional APC Fund- for 3*/4* REF-submissible articles, where lead author is at Exeter, that have no other funding for open access.

  • Upon expiry of the Term, any remaining APC Fund will not be refunded.

  • The APC Fund will be increased by the number identified as “Article Allocation” in Schedule 5.

  • The parties acknowledge and agree that Customer is paying the APC Fund fees on behalf of the Licensees and in consideration of Licensor’s provision of the Publishing Services to Customer on its behalf and on behalf of the Licensees for the benefit of Eligible Authors of the Licensees.

  • The APC for any article submitted to the Licensor from an Affiliated Author, which is not an Eligible Article, will not be deducted from the APC Fund.

  • Upon expiry of Term, any remaining APC Fund will not be refunded.

  • For the purpose of this Agreement, the parties agree to a Publication Corridor as set forth in Schedule 2 (APC Fund, APC Rate and Publication Corridor).

  • In case the Article Processing Charge for any such article is deducted from the APC Fund, Licensor will correct the APC Fund of Licensee promptly upon knowledge.

Related to APC Fund

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.
