Arising IPR definition

Arising IPR means any and all Intellectual Property Rights arising from or in relation to the work carried out by or on behalf of SynBio (and/or its Affiliates) and/or Lipoxen in relation to this Agreement, including any and all Intellectual Property Rights relating to: (a) the Results, including any and all data arising from the the Clinical Trials; and (b) the Products; but shall exclude the CMO Arising IPR.

Arising IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights prepared, developed, generated or derived by or on behalf of either Party in the course of the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

Arising IPR has the meaning given in Clause 13.7(a);

Examples of Arising IPR in a sentence

• For greater certainty the license granted by BPS to UCAR CARBON under this Section 3.2 does not include any right to manufacture, sell or distribute products using, or to otherwise exploit, the BPS Background IPR or the BPS Arising IPR for any other purpose.

• Orchard hereby assigns, by way of present and future assignment with full title guarantee, and shall procure that its Representatives assign, by way of present and future assignment with full title guarantee to BioMedica all right, title and interest in the BioMedica Arising IPR.

• BioMedica shall be responsible, at its discretion, in its sole name and at its sole cost for obtaining, prosecuting, and maintaining patents and patent applications within or claiming any BioMedica Arising IPR.

• This licence shall include any and all Lipoxen Arising IPR and Joint Arising IPR to the extent it relates to the PolyXen Technology.

More Definitions of Arising IPR

Arising IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights prepared, developed, conceived, reduced to practice, generated or derived by or on behalf of either Party in the course of the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
