ASP Service definition

ASP Service means application services that are provided by Partner utilizing Software that allow Customers to remotely access, or otherwise receive the benefits of, the Bundled Solution (via a private network or the Internet) that are installed in a Data Center.

ASP Service means the commercial service which is comprised of the Software, as hosted by CMeRun and made available to Resellers and End-Users.

ASP Service means an electronic service provided by an ASP to an ASP Customer over a network that interoperates with the Services and that provides trading functionality to users of that electronic service, where such service includes, but is not limited to: - the conveyance of information between the ASP Customer’s application and the Euronext systems; - the management of messages to the Euronext systems; and - the guaranteed identification of the origin of such messages.

• The following licensing terms apply to You in addition to the license in the previous paragraph if You licensed a subscription-based ASP Service (a "Subscription Product") Subscription Product.

• Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the parties, where OEM is granted a license to Use the Software to provide its ASP Service, the ASP license granted to OEM is allocated to a designated End User and cannot be re- allocated or transferred by OEM to another End User.

ASP Service means the provision of Hosting Services and Customer Care Services (as defined in Article III) which enable customers to access and use the Software Product via the internet.

ASP Service means the cloud-based application service offered in connection with any Product(s), as assisted by the Server-side Components, which is provided and/or operated by DAJ or DAJ designated and/or authorized service provider.

ASP Service means: (i) the Loan Origination Software, including specifically but without limitation the Program Client, as modified or updated from time to time; and (ii) ReverseVision suite of online services related to and which function with the Loan Origination Software, as modified or updated from time to time, and which are accessed either via ReverseVision’s designated point of presence on the Internet (provided the ASP Service excludes Lender’s local area networks (LANs) and Lender’s Internet connectivity) or through use of the Program Client; and (iii) the computers, networking equipment, proprietary or other software that resides on ReverseVision’s Internet servers, including without limitation all network software and services of ReverseVision appropriate to accomplish the functions as described herein.

ASP Service means those services, products and software provided by Reynolds and Reynolds as described in this Agreement.

ASP Service means the provision of access to the Software, the Client Data and any Consulting Service deliverables as set forth in the Statement of Work of the Contract.
