Average Annual Performance Bonus definition

Average Annual Performance Bonus means an amount equal to the average of the percentage of the Performance Bonus target achieved by Employee for the three (3) full calendar years prior to the termination date (or such lesser period as Employee may have been employed by Employer), and calculated based on Employee’s Base Salary and Target Bonus in Employee’s current position.
