The City herein approves the rental of Beach Equipment, and the prices for same, as set forth in Exhibit 3.1. Any amendments to Exhibit 3.1, whether as to type(s) of Beach Equipment to be rented, or as to changes in prices for same, must be approved in writing by the City Manager or his /her 5 designee prior to such changes being implemented within the Concession Area(s) (and, if approved, an updated Exhibit 3.1 will be incorporated into this Agreement).
