Bidder Registration definition

Bidder Registration means the information provided by a Bidder, and the process of registering such Bidder to bid at the Auction, including the Bidder’s agreement to be bound by these Bidder Terms and Conditions.

Bidder Registration. Bidders must register before each and every auction. THC reserves the right to reject or void bids for any reason. If a dispute should arise regarding a bid, THC is the exclusive deciding authority in resolving disputes.
