O&M Fee definition

O&M Fee is defined in Section 9.2.

O&M Fee means the annual amount quoted by the Bidder in its Price Bid, accepted by GNAL after negotiation.

O&M Fee means a fee payable to the O&M Operator by the Licensee for the O&M services rendered under the O&M Agreement on behalf of a Licensee and approved by the Authority;

• The Monthly Cost of Service Fee for each Contract Year (or portion thereof, if applicable) for each CS Facility is determined as follows: Monthly Capex Fee + Monthly O&M Fee = Monthly Cost of Service Fee.

• Balance funds to flow to the Authority, subject to the maintenance of balance of amount equivalent to {2 (two) months} estimated payment of O&M Fee to the Operator.

• If the last day of the term of this Agreement does not fall on the last day of a month, the O&M Fee for such partial month shall be prorated.

O&M Fee is defined in Section 6.1(b).

O&M Fee means the operations and maintenance fee specified in Schedule 2, subject to adjustment as set forth in this Agreement.

O&M Fee means the fixed operations and maintenance fee for the Wastewater Facilities, regardless of the flow entering the Wastewater Facilities or collected, transmitted or treated by KLWTD, stated annually, and as set forth in Section 9.6.1 and Appendix 6 , which represents the maximum fee due the Company for all O&M Services required in this Agreement. The O&M Fee adjusts annually as set forth in Section 9.6.2. “O&M Plan” or “Operations and Maintenance Plan” means the scope of work, performance standards and requirements for operating and maintaining the Wastewater Facilities as approved by the Village and set forth in this Agreement and Appendix 9. The O&M Plan includes, but is not limited to, Veolia Water Health & Safety Policy and Procedures Manual, Site(s) Specific Safety Manual, Emergency Action Plan, Security Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Domestic Wastewater Facility Permit, Equipment Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Asset Management Plan, Best Management Practices, Maintenance and Calibration Log, and Laboratory Quality Assurance Program. “O&M Plan for NPK Facilities” or “Operations and Maintenance Plan for NPK Facilities” means the scope of work, performance standards and requirements for interim operations and maintenance of the NPK Facilities as approved by the Village and set forth in this Agreement and Appendix 9. The O&M Plan for NPK Facilities includes, but is not limited to, Veolia Water Health & Safety Policy and Procedures Manual, Site(s) Specific Safety Manual, Emergency Action Plan, Security Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Control Management Plan, Domestic Wastewater Facility Permit, NPDES Permit, Equipment Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Asset Management Plan, Best Management Practices, Residuals Management and Disposal Plan, and Laboratory Quality Assurance Program.

O&M Fee shall have the meaning given such term in the O&M Agreement.

O&M Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1. “O&M Defect Warranty” has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
