Billable Hour definition

Billable Hour means the time between the time a CSR clocks into and clocks out of Supplier’s time keeping system for the purpose of performing agreed upon work for AT&T. This time shall include a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes per day of pre-shift instructions per CSR unless otherwise directed by AT&T. The Billable Hour includes 30 minutes for breaks but does not include lunches, sick time, vacations, or Supplier sponsored events such as non-AT&T focus groups and non-AT&T development. Actual time in a Billable Hour for billing purposes is 60 minutes.
Billable Hour means an hour of activities performed by or on behalf of PARI, but excluding: non-work time and time spent on traveling, training, information technology support or laboratory technical support, administrative or facilities support, time entry, finance, legal, human resources or purely clerical activities, or other support functions not directly requested by Transave.

Billable Hour is defined as the time between the time when a CSR clocks into and clocks out of Suppliertime keeping system for the purpose of performing agreed upon work for AT&T. The Billable Hour includes time for Paid Breaks, as well as actual time spent by a CSR for coaching and development, team meetings and huddles, and continuing education training, subject to the provisions in Section 12.5 of this Order.   • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
