Billable Personnel Class definition

Billable Personnel Class means a class of Billable Personnel, as determined by Aurizon Network, acting reasonably, having regard to the functions of the Billable Personnel. Employees means employees of Aurizon Network, or a Related Body Corporate of it, working within Aurizon Network’s project study function (including employees providing Support Services and Management Services). Estimated Billable Hours for Billable Personnel in a Billable Personnel Class for a Period means the total number of Remunerated Hours which Aurizon Network reasonably estimates, as at the start of that Period, those Billable Personnel will be available to perform the project study activities during that Period (and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not include any Remunerated Hours which Aurizon Network reasonably estimates, as at the start of that Period, in which those Billable Personnel will not be available to perform the project study activities during that Period due to holiday leave, other leave (including sick leave), statutory holidays, safety training and other mandatory requirements).
Billable Personnel Class means a class of Billable Personnel, as determined by Aurizon Network, acting reasonably, having regard to the functions of the Billable Personnel. Employees means employees of Aurizon Network, or a Related Body Corporate of it, working within Aurizon Network’s project study function (including employees providing Support Services and Management Services).

Examples of Billable Personnel Class in a sentence

  • Promptly after this Agreement becomes unconditional, Aurizon Network must prepare, and must vary so that it remains up-to-date, a document (Billable Personnel Classification Table) which sets out, in respect of each person who is Billable Personnel utilised by Aurizon Network in connection with the provision of the Services or the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, the Billable Personnel Class to which that Billable Personnel belongs, for the purposes of calculating Internal Costs.

  • The Unit Cost Rate for each person who is Billable Personnel Class for each Period will be calculated in accordance with the following formula: PC UCR = EBH where: UCR = the Unit Cost Rate for the relevant Billable Personnel Class for the relevant Period (expressed as dollars per hour).

  • Unit Cost Rate for a Billable Personnel Class for a Period means the hourly rate (expressed as dollars per hour) calculated for that Billable Personnel Class for that Period in accordance with item 2.3 of this schedule Error! Reference source not found..

  • Competent authorities should assess whether the institution has a remuneration policy and practices, as specified in Articles 92 to 95 of Directive 2013/36/EU, for staff whose professional activities have a material impact on the institution’s risk profile and appropriate remuneration policies for all staff members that are gender neutral.

  • Unit Cost Rate for a Billable Personnel Class for a Period means the hourly rate (expressed as dollars per hour) calculated for that Billable Personnel Class for that Period in accordance with item 2.3 of this schedule 45.

Related to Billable Personnel Class

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-

  • Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Contract for Differences (“CFD”) shall mean a contract, which is a contract for differences by reference to variations in the price of an Underlying Asset. A CFD is a Financial Instrument.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this section, to sample, condition (if applicable), analyze, and provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.
