BPP Fees definition

BPP Fees. With respect to any BPP Mortgage Loan, any fees payable by a Mortgagor for the right to cancel any portion of principal or interest of a BPP Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related BPP Addendum.

BPP Fees. With respect to any BPP Mortgage Loan, any fees payable by a Mortgagor for the right to cancel any portion of principal or interest of a BPP Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related BPP Addendum. BPP Mortgage Loan: Any Mortgage Loan which includes a BPP Addendum under which the Mortgagor accepted the Seller's Borrowers Protection Plan® and is identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as a BPP Mortgage Loan, provided that such BPP Addendum has not been terminated in accordance with its terms. BPP Mortgage Loan Payment: With respect to any BPP Mortgage Loan, the Monthly Covered Amount or Total Covered Amount, if any, payable by the Servicer pursuant to Subsection 11.25. Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday or Sunday, or a day on which banking and savings and loan institutions in the States of New York, California or Virginia are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed. Closing Date: The date or dates, set forth in the related Term Sheet, on which the Purchaser from time to time shall purchase and the Seller from time to time shall sell the Mortgage Loans identified on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached thereto.

Examples of BPP Fees in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, no duty of the Servicer to remit or advance funds hereunder (including, without limitation, Servicing Advances) shall include remittances or advances of or with respect to BPP Fees.

  • Additional servicing compensation in the form of assumption fees, late payment charges, prepayment penalties, BPP Fees and other ancillary income shall be retained by the Servicer to the extent not required to be deposited in the Custodial Account.

Related to BPP Fees

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;
