Callout definition

Callout means that an employee has been called out without prior notice.
Callout is defined as any situation when an employee is called from the employee's place of residence to work and subsequently to return to such place of residence, outside of the employee's regular hours. Callout time shall be paid at double the hourly rate of the employee. A callout shall be credited as a minimum of two (2) hours including travel time at the rates quoted. One-half (½) hour shall be allowed for the journey each way.
