Summer Camp. If an elementary K-5 teacher has summer camp scheduled in their classroom and they are required to pack and/or unpack their classroom materials to ensure there is no damage or destruction to the materials, they shall be compensated a flat rate of $125. Such compensation shall be subject to prior review and approval with the site administrator.

Summer Camp a. Drivers shall be selected by seniority for summer camp assignments.
Summer Camp. Summer camp is offered to families according to the Santa Xxxx and Okaloosa school calendar. A separate registration/sign-up will be conducted for summer camp. Parents may sign up for any number of weeks. For the summer your child will be issued a camp field trip shirt on the day of their first field trip, parents please insure your child keeps up with their one shirt issued. Youth are to wear their field trip shirt on every scheduled field trip day, if youth does not they will not be permitted to go on the field trip. All parents must pay a non-refundable/non transferable $10.00 fee for each week they sign up for, no exceptions. This deposit will go toward your weekly payment. In addition all parents must give a two weeks written notice if your child is not going to attend the weeks reserved. Failure to give notice will result in parents having to pay for the weeks reserved. Per XxXX 6060.2, children must have completed a full day kindergarten program to be eligible to attend our summer camp. Patrons already enrolled in the school-age program on a regular basis will be given priority for early enrollment into summer camp. All requesting weeks will be made through xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Summer Camp. Subject to the provisions of Article 5.8.a hereof and subject to the availability of the facilities in question, for so long as the Employee serves as Head Coach of the Program, the Employee shall have the opportunity to use University facilities in connection with a summer camp run by the Employee and using Employee’s name, along with Employee’s identification as the Head Coach of the Program, provided that the University is reimbursed by Employee for its actual and overhead expenses incurred in making the facilities available, and upon such conditions as may be required from time to time by the University’s administration. For all camps and/or clinics the Employee may conduct, the Employee shall comply with all applicable NSHE and child protection policies. In addition, for all camps and/or clinics Employee may conduct, Employee shall purchase comprehensive general liability insurance with limits set forth by the University and which shall name the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education as an additional insured. Prior to the commencement of such camps and/or clinics, Employee shall provide the Athletic Director or supervisor with certificates of insurance evidencing such insurance. The University may waive the insurance requirements if it is determined in the best interest of the University to conduct the camps and/or clinics through a division or department of the University. Any profits made by the Employee from this enterprise, after deducting any fees that may be due to the University for conducting the camps and/or clinics through a division or department of the University, shall be retained by him solely. Employee may direct the University to distribute this supplemental compensation, or a part thereof, to Employee’s assistant coaches as supplemental compensation to them upon the written approval of the Athletic Director or Employee’s supervisor. Employee shall hold harmless and defend University from any and all liability arising from any camp Employee conducts.
Summer Camp. AristoCat Children's Academy has an annual summer camp program. To participate, students must be both fully potty trained and meet the age requirement for the chosen camp. Please note that camp fees are separate from the regular monthly tuition. All camp participants are required to adhere to the camp code of conduct. It's important to note that all camp fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Summer Camp. Coach may, directly or through an entity controlled by Coach, conduct (i) summer youth basketball camps for up to a mutually agreeable number of weeks each summer during the Term on the University campus each summer during the Term on the University campus (each of the foregoing a “Camp” and collectively the “Camps”), pursuant to the terms of a written agreement between the University and Coach or his controlled entity. Coach shall comply, and shall cause all Camps to comply, with applicable Governing Body Requirements and University Requirements. Coach shall have the opportunity to use University facilities in the conduct of the Camps, subject to availability. For the use of University facilities, Coach shall be charged the standard rate charged to others for similar services furnished by the University. For purposes of promoting Camps, Coach shall be able to use, without licensing fees, the University’s name, likeness, and image for advertising Camps and on apparel used by or provided to campers associated with such Camps, subject to the University’s prior approval (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). Coach shall be responsible for all costs incidental to the Camps. Coach shall provide an annual accounting or report of the expenses and revenues of any Camp operated by Coach (or any entity controlled by him). The Employer shall have the right to conduct, at its expense, a full audit of any such Camp, using an accountant of its choice.
Summer Camp. Families with potty trained children in preschool and school age classrooms pay an additional weekly charge to cover summer field trips in June, July and August. Summer fees are assessed each April and will be adjusted if prices in the community increase. State funded accounts include the summer camp fees in the monthly tuition. Summer Camp. Date: Parent/ Guardian Initials: Studies have shown that children can loose up to two and a half months of learning during the summer months and we encourage continued enrollment throughout the summer. All subjects continue to be taught to ensure the children prosper and excel in their education and abilities but to add to the experience at AmeriMont Academy, we have themed weeks during July and August and we refer to this time as Summer Camp. Summer Camp can also be experienced through drop in care where instead of selecting a consistent program, a child can attend as a drop in at a prorated rate of $11 per hour. Understanding that families take vacations and do other activities during this time, for those attending Summer Camp, up to two (2) weeks of not attending and not paying tuition can be taken during July and August with advance notice of at least one (1) day.
