Canadian Documents definition

Canadian Documents means any documents incorporated by reference in the Canadian Final Prospectus when they were filed with the Reviewing Authority.
Canadian Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Canadian Pledge Agreement and the Canadian Guaranty.
Canadian Documents means, collectively, the (i) Credit Agreement dated as of December 30, 2009 among the AA Canadian Subsidiaries and the lenders and agents party thereto, (ii) each “Loan Document” as defined therein and (iii) each credit agreement entered into by the AA Canadian Subsidiaries which replaces or refinances the credit agreement referred to in clause (i) and any related loan document, guaranty or security or pledge agreement or similar agreement entered into in connection therewith so long as the replacement or refinancing lenders and agents (or the agent or trustee in respect of such lenders) enter into a reasonably satisfactory intercreditor agreement with the Administrative Agent (it being agreed that an intercreditor agreement in substantially the form of the Canadian Intercreditor Agreement referred to in clause (i) of the definition thereof shall be satisfactory).

  • No AA Canadian Subsidiary is in violation of any provision of any Canadian Documents, and the Loans and the Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby do not violate and/or conflict with any provision of the Canadian Documents.

More Definitions of Canadian Documents

Canadian Documents means (a) the Canadian Guaranty, (b) the Canadian Stock Pledge and (c) the Canadian Security Agreement.
Canadian Documents means, collectively, the Distribution and License Agreement dated as of January 1, 1995 between TNF Canada and Borrower, the Security Agreement between TNF Canada and Borrower granting liens to Borrower to secure all liabilities of TNF Canada to Borrower, all documents necessary to perfect the Liens thereunder in favor of Borrower and the assignment of the liens and Borrower's rights against TNF Canada to Agent for the benefit of Lenders.
Canadian Documents has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.8;
Canadian Documents means (i) the Debenture Pledge Agreement dated as of July 23, 1999 between Servico Windsor, Inc. and the Collateral Agent, (ii) the Guarantee dated as of July 23, 1999 between Servico Windsor, Inc. and the Collateral Agent and (iii) the Demand Debenture dated July 23, 1999 between Servico Windsor, Inc. and the Collateral Agent.
Canadian Documents means the Canadian Guaranty, the Canadian Security Agreement, the Canadian Patent and Trademark Assignments, and all other agreements, instruments, and documents heretofore, now or hereafter evidencing, securing, guaranteeing or otherwise relating to the obligations guaranteed under the Canadian Guaranty, the Canadian Collateral, the Canadian Security Interest, or any other aspect of the transactions contemplated by the Guaranty.
Canadian Documents means, collectively: the distribution and license agreement dated January 1, 1995 among TNF Canada and TNFI; the intercompany note made by TNF Canada to the order of TNFI; the Inventory Access Agreement; the security agreement (Ontario Law) between the Collateral Agent and TNFI dated on or about the date hereof; the security agreement (Ontario Law) between TNFI Canada and TNFI dated on or about the date hereof; the hypothec (Quebec Law) between TNF Canada and TNFI dated on or about the date hereof; the collateral assignment (New York Law) between TNFI and the Collateral Agent and acknowledged by TNF Canada dated on or about the date hereof; the hypothec (Quebec Law) among TNFI and the Collateral Agent dated on or about the date hereof; and all documents necessary to perfect the Liens thereunder in favor of TNFI and/or the Collateral Agent and the assignment of the Liens and TNFI rights against TNF Canada to Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Collateral Agent and the Lenders.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.

  • First Lien Credit Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Credit Documents means the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Revolving Credit Collateral Documents.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.
