Cepheid Data definition
Cepheid Data means any Personal Data in the C360 Data Processed by Cepheid as a Controller pursuant to or in connection with the Agreement.
Cepheid Data means any Personal Data as set out in Exhibit A of the UAA, Processed by Cepheid as a Controller pursuant to or in connection with the UAA.
Examples of Cepheid Data in a sentence
If neither sub-clause 1, sub-clause 2 or sub-clause 3 applies, then the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to implement appropriate safeguards for transfers of such Cepheid Data as required or permitted by the Applicable Law without undue delay.
In no event will the Parties process Cepheid Data as joint Controllers.
