CER Manual definition

CER Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to be adopted by the Recipient for the Contingent Emergency Response Part in accordance with the provisions of said Section.
CER Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.E. of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Project Operations Manual.
CER Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.H.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as may be revised from time to time with the Association’s prior and written approval.

More Definitions of CER Manual

CER Manual means the immediate response mechanism operations manuals referred to in Section I.F.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, acceptable to the Association, to be adopted by the Recipient for the implementation of the CER Component, in accordance with the provision of said Section.

Related to CER Manual

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.E of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.
