Childcare Services definition
Childcare Services means those services undertaken or sponsored by a participant in this program meeting the requirements of “child day care” as defined in paragraph (a) of subdivision one of section three hundred ninety of the social services law or any child care services in the city of New York whereby a permit to operate such childcare services is required pursuant to the health code of the city of New York.
Childcare Services means the provision of child care services to children of parents in treatment in order to complete the parent's plan for treatment services. Childcare services must be provided by licensed childcare providers.
Childcare Services means any form of childminding services or supervised activities to care for children, whether or not provided on a regular basis, in respect of which it can be shown that the applicable requirements of the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 221 of 2016) have been complied with;
