Chứng từ có nghĩa là tất cả hối phiếu, chứng từ quyền sở hữu, chứng từ vận chuyển, chính sách bảo hiểm và các chứng từ khác mà dưới tên, quyền sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát của Ngân Hàng hoặc được nắm giữ hoặc theo lệnh của Ngân Hàng, cho dù là để trông giữ hay cho bất kỳ lý do nào và cho dù có phải trong quy trình kinh doanh ngân hàng thông thường hay không.
