Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy means a duly licensed pharmacy operated by CHLIC or its affiliates, where prescriptions are filled and delivered via the mail service, which may include, for example, Accredo Health Group, Inc., Tel-Drug of Pennsylvania LLC and Tel- Drug, Inc. Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy may maintain product purchase discount arrangements and/or fee-for-service arrangements with pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesale distributors. Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy contract for these arrangements on its own account in support of its pharmacy operations.
