Class C Reserve Account definition

Class C Reserve Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).
Class C Reserve Account means the Eligible Deposit Account designated as such and established pursuant to subsection 4.14(a).
Class C Reserve Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.13(a).

  • The Collection Account, the Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account and the Class C Reserve Account will receive deposits pursuant to Article V.

  • Each tranche of Class C Notes will have its own sub-Account within the Class C Reserve Account.

  • Each Tranche of CHASEseries Notes will have its own Sub-Account within the Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account and, in the case of the Class C Notes, the Class C Reserve Account.

More Definitions of Class C Reserve Account

Class C Reserve Account means the trust bank account designated as such and established pursuant to subsection 5.01(a).
Class C Reserve Account means, for any Notes, the Bank Account and any Sub-Account thereof established and maintained as described in the related Indenture Supplement.
Class C Reserve Account is defined in Section 2.7(g).
Class C Reserve Account shall have the meaning specified in the Class C Reserve Account Agreement.
Class C Reserve Account and the “Class D Reserve Account” in the name of the Indenture Trustee, bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the WFCardSeries Noteholders (or, in the case of the Class C Reserve Account, for the benefit of the Class C Noteholders, or, in the case of the Class D Reserve Account, for the benefit of the Class D Noteholders). The Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account, the Accumulation Reserve Account, the Class C Reserve Account and the Class D Reserve Account constitute Supplemental Accounts and shall be under the “control” (as defined in §§ 9-104 or 9-106 of the UCC, as applicable) of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the WFCardSeries Noteholders (or, in the case of the Class C Reserve Account, for the benefit of the Class C Noteholders). If, at any time, the institution holding either the Interest Funding Account, the Principal Funding Account, the Accumulation Reserve Account, the Class C Reserve Account or the Class D Reserve Account ceases to be a Qualified Institution, the Issuer will within ten (10) Business Days (or such longer period, not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days, as to which the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied) establish a new Interest Funding Account, Principal Funding Account, Accumulation Reserve Account, Class C Reserve Account or Class D Reserve Account, as the case may be, that is a Qualified Trust Account and shall transfer any cash and/or investments to such new Interest Funding Account, Principal Funding Account, Accumulation Reserve Account, Class C Reserve Account or Class D Reserve Account, as the case may be. From the date such new Interest Funding Account, Principal Funding Account, Accumulation Reserve Account or Class C Reserve Account is established, it will be the “Interest Funding Account,” “Principal Funding Account,” “Accumulation Reserve Account,” “Class C Reserve Account” or “Class D Reserve Account,” as the case may be.
