Client Provided Third Party Software definition

Client Provided Third Party Software means any program or part of a program, which is licensed or sublicensed to Client by a Third Party that has the right to provide that license or sublicense, and for which Client has responsibility for maintaining an active maintenance agreement with the Third Party and for providing application support unless otherwise specifically identified in this agreement.
Client Provided Third Party Software means any Third Party Software procured by Client pursuant to a written agreement with a Third Party Vendor that is identified as Client Provided Third Party Software in an exhibit to each Task Order.
Client Provided Third Party Software means Third Party Software, for which Client enters into a written agreement directly with a Third Party Vendor as set forth in Exhibit P or a Task Order. Client Responsibilities mean the responsibilities of Client identified as such in any Task Order, the RFR or this Agreement.

  • For any Client Provided Third Party Software, FIS reserves the right in advance of any processing or use of any Client Provided Third Party Software to assure compatibility with equipment and consistency with other processing requirement, techniques, and standards.

  • FIS will use all Client Provided Third Party Software for the exclusive use by Client in connection with the Services to Client.

Client Provided Third Party Software means any program, or part of a program which is licensed or sublicensed to Client by a Third Party that has the right to provide that license or sublicense, including, without limitation, those programs described in Exhibit G.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;
