Client Side Software definition

Client Side Software means a specific piece of software that, if provided as part of the Services, Customer may download for use on a nontransferable, nonexclusive, subscription basis in conjunction with and for the duration of the subscription for use of the Services.
Client Side Software means a specific piece of software that OT may permit Customer to download for use in conjunction with the Services.
Client Side Software means those modules of the Licensed Programs that reside or, via the internet, are stored on a client's computer equipment and that assist in communicating with Customer's EFT Network or with a remote processor.

  • The Services (which for purposes of this Section include any Client Side Software, Documentation and technical data stored or transmitted via the Services) may be subject to export control laws of the United States or other countries.

  • Upon such termination, Customer must (a) immediately destroy all copies of the Client Side Software and any OT third party vendor’s software, and (b) immediately and, upon OT request, provide OT with written certification of such destruction.

More Definitions of Client Side Software

Client Side Software means those modules of the Software that reside on client side hardware that are licensed on a per Agency Partner basis as specified in Schedule “A”;
Client Side Software means any ENOVIA MatrixOne Product or intellectual property that is downloaded in a User’s (as defined below) browser which allows access or usage of the ENOVIA MatrixOne Product’s functionality, and includes plug-ins or other software components which are intended to be stored on the User’s computer. ENOVIA MatrixOne Schema shall mean a repository containing unique MatrixOne business definitions and business objects in a single relational database management system (“RDBMS”) instance that is installed on a supported platform.
Client Side Software means any Noteable software in source or object code form that Noteable makes available to Customer for use in connection with the Platform.
Client Side Software means any ENOVIA MatrixOne Program or intellectual property that is downloaded in a User's (as defined below) browser which allows access or usage of the ENOVIA MatrixOne Program's functionality, and includes plug-ins or other software components which are intended to be stored on the User's computer.
Client Side Software means any Localized Versions developed by PCI of the Client and Developers' Tools software.
Client Side Software means one or more software components provided by Egress, in accordance with the Service Type, for installation on systems owned and/or operated by or on behalf of the Customer to access the Services;

Related to Client Side Software

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Proprietary Software means that software offered for sale or

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Open Source Software means any Software that is subject to or licensed, provided or distributed under, any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative as of the date of this Agreement) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation as of the date of this Agreement) or any similar license for “free,” “publicly available” or “open source” Software, including the GNU General Public License, the Lesser GNU General Public License, the Apache License, the BSD License, Mozilla Public License (MPL), and the MIT License.
